Having been in the construction industry for over 15 years, I rarely write letters of recommendation. Many vendors' performance can be unpredictable depending on the market, season, volume of work, etc. This has never, without exception, been the case with Sil/Carr.
I've worked with Sil/Carr for the pst two years on numerous projects and I'm still amazed at the quality and swiftness they provide on every project regardless of size or complexity. It is very difficult in the current marketplace to be provided with consistent and competitive pricing without sacrificing professionalism and service levels.
Perhaps it's the fact Sil/Carr is a family owned and operated business and Wayne takes pride in the work that bears the family name. Whatever the reason, Fleet Bank has always been the recipient of high service levels, a quality product, and competitive pricing when we've employed Sil/Carr.
